A lot of people feel like they’ve been thrust to another planet when they first find out they have a Gluten Intolerance. Well thats just a bunch of malarkey. Living a GlutenFree life style is not the end of the world it’s actually living a better life. You can live gluten-free and eat happily with many delicious GF products or common foods that you just didn’t know where Gluten Free. The thought of not eating whatever you want can be taxing, but there are so many naturally occurring products that have no gluten in them. Please take a look at my list of gluten free foods. Quick List of Naturally Occurring Gluten Free Foods/Beverages
1. Plain (non marinated /unseasoned) cuts of meat
(beef, pork, chicken, turkey)
2. Plain (non marinated /unseasoned) cuts of fish
(avoid artificial crab or breaded fish)
3. Canned, diced or stewed tomatoes
4. Canned or dried unseasoned beans
5. Wine & distilled alcohol
6. Fruit juices (watch for wheat or barley)
7. Hot-air popped popcorn
8. Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese
9. Olive oil
10. Mustard
11. Coffee
12. Natural Cream
13. Corn tortillas
14. Kraft or Great Value brand shredded cheese
15. Sugar, brown sugar, honey and stevia. (all natural)
