What a great day at Market Organics with Holy Crap, Kathy Smart and FUK Flour and of course GFO(Gluten Free Ottawa) is always with us too. This cereal is so addictive and healthy for you. It’s considered the most amazing breakfast cereal around, and is Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Sugar Free, Wheat Free, Salt Free, Nut free, Vegan Free and Kosher. I plan on making some yummy stuff with this cereal, and also selling it at my soon to open Gluten Free Bakery and Gluten Free Pantry. Meeting Holy Crap’s general manager Rob MacNeil with his 12-year-old son Liam was a pleasure today. Those two make quite a team and look forward to seeing them again, as well as my Queen of Gluten Free Kathy Smart. This cereal is high in Iron, dietary fibre, omega 3 & 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, calcium and protein.  With all that said it is also GMO Free and all natural, being totally organic.  Holy Crap cereal is artisan made and I am proud to call it 100% gluten free.  It’s flavour is Cranberry Raisin Apple and what a delightful taste it is.  With one hundred and thirty calories per two tablespoons, six grams of fat, zero sodium, twelve grams of carbohydrate, six grams of protein, zero cholesterol  and 100% good for you.    Don’t let the name scare you as it’s just what the doctor ordered,   and if it’s the name that is stopping you from trying it then your missing out.  It was the most viewed and quickest Dragon’s Den business decision ever seen on TV.
