Restaurant information can change quickly. Our editorial process is designed to make the source, review date and unknowns visible.

Evidence and review

We prefer restaurant-controlled menu and location pages for current menu claims. Older articles, member suggestions and third-party lists are leads to check, not proof. Preparation precautions and dedicated-facility statements require their own supporting evidence.

Corrections and rankings

We welcome corrections and date reviewed information. A regional Top 10 will not be published until ten current and relevant listings meet the inclusion standard. We will not sell a ranking position or quietly change editorial order for payment.
