Editorial method

Evidence before rankings.

We do not score restaurants or publish a Top 10 from leads. The first job is to establish what is current, what the source actually says, and what remains unknown.

Publisher-selected features: Pho By Night is the site publisher’s requested #1 pick. That placement is a disclosed editorial preference, not a comparative dining test, independently earned award, certification or safety assessment. It does not change the evidence standard for menu or preparation claims.
01

Menu evidence

We look for restaurant-controlled sources that document a current gluten-free menu option. A third-party mention is a lead, not current proof.

02

Preparation details

Shared equipment, handling precautions and facility status are separate fields. We do not infer one from the other.

03

Review & date

Published details need a source and review date. Menus and procedures change, so diners should confirm directly.

No implied safety grade

Menu option means only that a source documents an item. “Precautions described” means a source or restaurant has described procedures; it does not validate them. “Dedicated facility” is used only when documented. “Unknown” is an honest status, not a negative or positive rating.

Rankings stay unpublished until the evidence is ready

Regional pages will not use a Top 10 label until ten current restaurants and their relevant details are verified. We do not pad a list with nearby places or unverified candidates.
